Vincit Plc’s co-operation agreement with Taksi Helsinki Oy

Applex represented Vincit Plc when Vincit entered into a co-operation agreement with Taksi Helsinki Oy concerning management and rendering of digital services to Taksi Helsinki. The purpose of the co-operation is to develop taxi dispatch services for the entire Finnish market and the co-operation is a part Vincit’s new strategy aiming towards more comprehensive service offering. As a part of the overall agreement, five employees of Taksi Helsinki will transfer and become employees of Vincit.

Vincit Plc is a Tampere-based technology company focused on software development and service design. Vincit shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace.

Taksi Helsinki Oy is the largest taxi dispatch company in Finland offering taxi dispatch services in Helsinki metropolitan area, in Kanta-Häme, North Savo, Western Finland and in Kittilä region. Its services cover 1.300 taxis in the Helsinki metropolitan area and nearly 2.000 taxis nationwide. Taksi Helsinki is owned by over 1.000 taxi drivers from Helsinki and by Helsingin Taksiautoilijat association.
