Vincit Plc – Purchase of Bonsky Digital Oy

Applex Attorneys advised Vincit Plc in the purchase of Bonsky Digital Oy. The transaction was completed on 1 May 2021.

Vincit Plc is a software company providing digital services. Vincit shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd’s Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland. Vincit Group’s net sales is over EUR 52 million and it employs over 500 people.

Bonsky Digital Oy is a Jyväskylä based software company focusing on developing digital sales. Bonsky’s net sales is approximately EUR 2,7 million and it employs 30 people.

By the transaction, Vincit Plc will open a new business unit in Jyväskylä, Finland. In addition, Vincit’s Vincit Now unit will have even stronger know-how in digital sales consulting when Bonsky’s main owners, Jan Landén, Janne Pirkola and Tatu Könönen will join Vincit Now unit as a part of the transaction.
