Sale of Raami Arkkitehdit Oy to Granlund Oy

Applex advised the sellers in a transaction where Raami Arkkitehdit Oy is sold to Granlund Oy. The transaction enters into force on 1 January 2025. With the acquisition, Granlund strengthens its nationwide and, later, international architectural design business. Raami Arkkitehdit will continue its operations at its current premises in Tampere.

Raami Arkkitehdit Oy is a Tampere-based architectural firm specializing in hospital design, employing nearly 40 experts. In the financial year 2023, the company’s revenue amounted to EUR 3.4 million.

Granlund Oy is a real estate and construction industry consulting company employing over 1,400 people. In the financial year 2023, The Granlund Group’s revenue was approximately EUR 139,3 million.
