Insta Group Oy – acquisition of Intopalo Oy’s business

Applex represented Insta Group Oy in its acquisition of the business of digital solutions expert Intopalo Oy. Insta Group is a Finnish, family-owned high-technology corporation focusing on digitalization, automation and management solutions. Insta has a strong presence in industrial automation, cyber security, defense technologies and emergency call center solutions.

Intopalo in turn with more than 70 employees is specialized in software platforms, data management and analytics, and secure industrial digitalization. With the acquired business Insta Group grows into a corporation employing more than 1,000 people and achieving a turnover of EUR 130 million.
