AQ GROUP AB – ACQUISITION OF MECANOVA OY

Applex Attorneys in co-operation with NJORD Law Firm (Estonia) represented AQ Group AB in the acquisition of Mecanova Oy. The purchaser AQ Group (listed on Nasdaq Stockholm) is a global manufacturer of components and systems for industrial customers with high demands. The company has more than 6,000 thousand employees worldwide and an annual turnover of ca EUR 450 million.

Mecanova Oy, together with its Estonian subsidiary Mecanova OÜ, is a supplier of sheet metal and copper components for demanding industrial customers. Mecanova Group has net sales of about EUR 17 million and employs about 160 people.
